Who we are...
The Different Festival in the Old Town District
Inter.Nos is an international cultural festival that takes place in the historic heart of the city of Amsterdam.
​
The festival combines different performatic disciplines, such as theater, poetry, music and spoken word, which are used as a vehicle to promote and connect the public with migrant culture; but migrant culture is not yet visible enough...
​
For Inter.Nos Festival 2020 the slogan is CULTURAL VISIBILITY.
​
We perform 25 to 40 min. of duration, using the disciplines mentioned above, which could be established in a space for a limited audience (from 10 to 40 guests).
​
The Festival takes place on a low budget and is free for the public.
​
We put in this Festival our art and our energy... If you appreciatte it, you can be a gentle donor.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF INTER.NOS FESTIVAL
PROVISIONS FOR THE PUBLIC:
1 - Because it is a free event, the venues will be occupied in order of arrival until the capacity is completed, and places cannot be reserved beforehand. Each space will be completely evicted at the end of each show, to guarantee public access, freely and without preferences.
2 - Entrance with drinks from outside is not allowed.
3 - The entry of people who are intoxicated, narcotic, psychotropic, stimulants or similar substances is not allowed.
4 - The right of admission is reserved.
5 - The Organization is not responsible for the theft or loss of personal items in the spaces of the Festival.

PROVISIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS:
1 - The Participants declare to be persons of legal age, who are in full use of their faculties and fully competent to participate in the Festival.
2 - The Participants declare that their works / presentations are original and do not imply plagiarism or misuse of any other work or presentation.
3 - Each Participant understands and accepts that their data / image can be published by Inter.Nos Festival in the following media and for the purposes of dissemination:
a) On the Inter.Nos Festival website
b) In the social network of Inter.Nos Festival (Facebook, Instagram)
4 - Each Participant accepts that the assembly and performance of their show must be adapted to the technical and spatial conditions of the Inter.Nos Festival venues. In no case may extra elements be required of those that the Festival venues have, and / or have been requested and accepted when presenting their project. If your show does not meet and accept these conditions, you may be excluded from our programming.
5 - As a Participant, you commit that your show/presentation will be adjusted to the duration specified in your request and, in no case may it exceed more time than indicated. You must understand that, been a Festival, any delay will harm its good development and the performance of another artist/s.
6 - Inter.Nos Festival is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of any element of any show. Please be attentive to them.
7 - The submission of the application implies the full reading and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

EVALUATION CRITERIA:
Applications will be evaluated and selected taking into account the following aspects:
1 - Total quality of the proposal.
2 - Relevance to the theme and objectives proposed by Inter.Nos Festival.
3 - Technical feasibility of assembly and realization in the spaces of Inter.Nos Festival.
4 - Proposals that present all the requested material will be eligible, within the stipulated time and form and that are in accordance with the objectives of Inter.Nos Festival. No application for participation that does not comply with the call process will be accepted.
TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES GENERALES DE INTER.NOS FESTIVAL
DISPOSICIONES PARA EL PÚBLICO:
1 - Por ser un evento de carácter gratuito, las sedes se ocuparán por orden de llegada hasta completar el aforo, no pudiéndose reservar lugares previamente. Cada sala se desalojará completamente al finalizar cada espectáculo, para garantizar el acceso del público, de manera libre y sin preferencias.
2 - No se permite la entrada con bebidas del exterior.
3 - No se permite la entrada de personas que se encuentren en esta de embriaguez, estupefacientes, psicotrópicos, estimulantes o sustancias análogas.
4 - Se reserva el derecho de admisión.
5 - La Organización no se hace responsable del robo o pérdida de objetos personales en las salas del Festival.

DISPOSICIONES PARA LOS PARTICIPANTES:
1 - Los Participantes declaran ser personas mayores de edad, que se encuentran en pleno uso de sus facultades y plenamente competentes para participar en el Festival.
2 – Los Participantes declaran que sus obras/presentaciones son originales y no implican plagio o uso indebido de ninguna otra obra o presentación .
3 - Cada Participante entiende y acepta que sus datos/imagen pueden ser publicados por Inter.Nos Festival en los siguientes medios y con las finalidades de difusión:

a) En la web de Inter.Nos Festival

b) En la red social de Inter.Nos Festival (Facebook, Instagram)
4 - Cada Participante acepta, que el montaje y realización de su espectáculo deberá adaptarse a las condiciones técnicas y espaciales de las sedes de Inter.Nos Festival. En ningún caso podrán exigirse elementos extras de aquellos de los que las sedes del Festival disponen y/o han sido solicitados y aceptados al presentar su proyecto. Si su espectáculo no reúne y acepta estas condiciones, podrá ser excluido de nuestra programación.
5 – Como Participante, usted se compromete a que su presentación se ajustará a la duración especificada en su solicitud y, en ningún caso, podrá exceder más tiempo del indicado. Comprenda que, al ser un Festival, cualquier retraso perjudicará su buen desarrollo y el desempeño de otros artistas.
6 - Inter.Nos Festival no se hace responsable por daños, pérdida o robo de ningún elemento de ningún espectáculo. Por favor, esté atento a ellos.
7 - La presentación de la solicitud implica la plena lectura y aceptación de estos Términos y Condiciones.

CRITERIOS DE EVALUACIÓN:
Las solicitudes serán evaluadas y seleccionadas teniendo en cuenta los siguientes aspectos:
1 - Calidad total de la propuesta.
2 - Relevancia para con el tema y los objetivos propuestos por Inter.Nos Festival.
3 - Viabilidad técnica de montaje y realización en los espacios de Inter.Nos Festival.
4 - Serán elegibles propuestas que presenten todo el material solicitado, en el plazo y forma estipulada y que sean acordes con los objetivos de Inter.Nos Festival. No se aceptará ninguna solicitud de participación que no cumpla con el proceso de convocatoria.
